Fabric have launched a brand new compilation celebrating the current influx of 'What the hell is it?' music we're all listening to. Titled Elevator Music, it couldn't be much further from your preconceptions of lounge jazz and ambient porn soundtracks. In fact, listening to Untold in a life would surely be against Health and Safety regulations - I for one would probably start hyperventilating and keel over.

Anyway, to launch this thing they're commandeering room 3 of Fabric this Friday with a line-up of Untold, Shortstuff, Hot City, xxxy (officially pronounced triple x, y), Mosca and Vista. This, would usually be more than enough to tempt me off the sofa - but oh no, no, no. There's more.

Room 2 offers 2562, Headhunter, dBridge, Instra:mental, Joy Orbison and Sigha. By now, you’re probably screaming, "get the fuck out of here" at your screens. I refuse to though, because there's even more.

You should have known really, there's another room isn't there? Room 1; the main room. Room numero uno. And Room 1 is taken over by popular Glasgow badman's Numbers - who've invited along Todd Edwards, Hudson Mohawke and Rustie - as well as hosting residence Jackmaster, Nelson and Goodhand. This is going to be freakin' nuts!
