First off, I apologise for the recent lack of updates. I'm in the midst of  exams at the moment but I finish on Wednesday so things should be back to normal very soon.

What's the really good news, though, is that Electronic Explorations, arguably the best podcast around, is back after a month's break. And what a show creator Rob Booth has put together. For those of you who haven't heard the weekly podcast before, it features Rob playing a number of new tracks and then an exculsive guest mix.

This week's mix comes from up and coming producer James Blake, who is the third member of Mount Kimbie's live show. Blake's music is out of this world, fusing elements of the blues, funked out synth lines and shifting rythmns to great effect. On top of this, he also has an amazing voice and he show's it off at the beginning of his mix with a truly haunting cover of Feist's "Limit To Your Love" (possibly my favourite song by my favourite singer). The tune selection in this mix is unparalled, with tracks blending in and out of each other effortlessy taking the listener on a beautiful sonic journey. Blake has a release forthcoming on Untold's ace imprint, Hemlock so you best watch out for that.
