The Field, aka Axel Willner, last album, "From Here We Go Sublime", ranked in my life as one of my best albums of 2007. It was almost as if "From Here We Go Sublime" was created to enhance my dreams, each song acts like a heart beat continuosly pushing to further subliminal heights. Anyway enough of the old album, whats happening right now?

I guess you'll have to go to Cargo club to find out!... Apparently the Field has become a three piece band, consisting of percussionist Dan Enqvist and multi-talented Andreas Soderstrom, I can imagine visually this will give 'The Field' an extra depth in their performance.

The Field return to London on Friday, April 3rd to Cargo Club for an exclusive performance, not only will you be spoilt rotten with The Field, you'll also get the pleasure of the sounds of Luke Abbott, one of James Holden's homeboys! Apparently a 'synth-wizard' expect psychedelic new wave techno! One thing to remind you... admission is free, so f**k the credit crunch, lets go Sublime!
